As one of the final briefs I got during my degree at Ravensbourne we were asked to created our own brief about "innovation & the unknown". The goal with this project was to work within futuristic design and technology that would become more relevant in the future. I decided to work around cryptocurrencies as I at the time started to develop an interest in the area and its opportunities, and risks in the near future. As I researched the area I realozed how much it affects the environment - and based on that I decided to make an educative exhibit around the area. I also took this as an opportunity to create something physical as I love this.
Looking back, I should have gone for my first idea which was to create only one exhibition piece that could be placed into a museum or similar. Fo my project I planned 4 other exhibit installations as well, that I never planned on making physically, but that would form one large exhibition. This project already took loads of time to finish as I was depending on prototyping facilities. Anyhow, I really enjoyed it and the physical aspects of this project, combining it with the digital areas and ability to educate people around the areas.
